ZEROCAR is a great concept when things work.If there is a problem there is no support. I called the number and no one answered, sent an email and I still haven’t gotten a response after two weeks for a simple question.I also had an issue where I was planning a road trip and when I used the app to pickup the vehicle it had less than 50km of range. Kind of a bummer to start your trip on a charger.Hopefully they hire more staff to offer support and ensure the vehicles are charged at a reasonable percentage.The app is also outdated and poorly designed. If you drive to an area where there is no cell phone coverage be careful when you want to lock the vehicle. There were a couple times where we were locked out of the vehicle, until a poor connection was made via Bluetooth. It was unreliable

Amazing experience. This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car rental experience I've had. The car itself was really clean, and Raymond provided a very succinct walk through the Tesla operation functions upon receiving the vehicle, equipping us to have a worry-free time with the car. Would definitely recommend renting with ZEROCAR, and will be back next time I have visitors in town to drive around and show them the city and nature scenes of Vancouver.

Staff were great, greeted us upon arrival. Car was charged up parked out front waiting for us. Car was awesome to drive as we haven’t driven a Tesla before. Good experience Good Company highly recommend!!

Great service! I rented the Tesla Model Y very last minute and was able to arrange a same-day drop off as well as a pick up. Very efficient and great communication service, would definitely recommend

We've been longtime fans of Tesla but haven't driven one until my daughter and her friends wanted to go to prom in a Model X. Zerocar hooked us up! Everything about their service was straightforward, professional, and convenient. When we picked up the car, Ryan was very courteous and friendly to us, giving us a complete run-through of how to drive it. The car was clean, fully charged, and ready to party.
