STOLEN PASSPORT WHILST ON VACATION!They came to take the car back at 2am this morning. This is after I gave Kendal $1000 on the 1st April. Inside the car is all my baby’s food and milk along with her pushchair and car seat.My passport was also taken in the car, I have been trying to ring Kendal all day as he was the one who agreed the rental with me, he said to call the office who won’t return my calls.

My wife and kids planned and trip to Toronto during the holidays, I start looking for rental companies. Subskryb was one of the companies that I browsed through, I liked their inventory and the prices. For holidays season you won’t find prices like that for the Make of cars they have, sent them request they contact me in no time. I was so impressed with the customer service they provided me, I rented medium size sedan car for my wife and two babies. When they landed in Toronto everything was arranged for them and where to pick up, we got shocked when we saw that they provided us full size car SUV 2023 loaded for the same price of the sedan, I asked I didn’t order this car they responded back that you have 2 kids with car seat we like to provide you better service and better car. I will never forget this experience ever they very caring very respectful good responsive, I will recommend this company to every person going to Toronto. Don’t hesitate renting cars from them because the way they take care of their cars there’s no renting company will. Thank you for the best experience see you soon in the summer

EDIT: Kendell has reached out and made things right again and offered a compensation for my trouble. Car was delivered and later picked up - all is good.-----I prepaid $2340 for a car that never showed up. They kept delaying delivery everyday with zero proactive communication. First day blamed the weather (which was mild), second day saying they are dealing with issues from the storm" the day before and will for sure deliver the car tomorrow which is a Saturday. Saturday comes and they just said "won't work today; Monday is confirmed". ."
