Booked the truck on Labor Day. The busiest day of the year for moving. Awesome and professional staff. Competitive pricing. Easy and efficient booking process. Best of all, the truck rental was immaculate clean. I never have a truck rental being so clean and smell fresh. You need to book a rental to know what I mean.... really nice transaction. Used the U-haul service in this shop. They refused to refund any excess gas, even at a reduced cost. The rest of the service was fine though.

I used their interior car clean service, it was poorly done, there were still dirt inside the car doors, and dust somewhere here and there. I believed they didn’t clean them, the edge of the trunk door was half clean, the driver’s mat n the passenger front mat weren’t clean at all, they used a piece of paper and plastic bags to cover them and claimed that the paper help maintain the cleanness of the car mats. The worst thing was all rugs were still soak in water even 2 weeks after. I discovered that Because the mats were still so dirty after I took away the papers and the plastic bags, so I needed to wait for a sunny day to clean them. Then I discovered all rugs are still soaking wet. They said they used steam-cleaned the rugs, shouldn’t they have some equipment to dry the rugs? My car now is so stink because the car is so moldy. That was a so unpleasant experience.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They were quick to make the transaction, and had my car ready in no time! I've never had a car so immaculately clean before. Highly recommend.
